U3014 Problems

My U3014 is displaying some of the problems already posted on the forum such as unresponsive buttons occasionally and the gray lines at the bottom left. I've also been experiencing other issues such as when playing games and the scene starts off from a black sceen, the monitor would turn completely black with no backlight when dynamic contrast is on. also starting since a few days before, the monitor has started losing signal and turning black suddenly which is very irritating when i'm coding or surfing the web and only with a reset can i get the image back. i'm now starting to think if my unit is a refurbished unit with all these problems. the fact that calibration report and other documents were all crumpled up when i opened up my box when i ordered it brand new from dell online just makes me more suspicious. hoping for any advice on what are my options on getting these problems fixed. my monitor is not even a month old.
