U3415W Speakers are reversed!
Is there a way I can 'service' the U3415W to switch the speaker wiring? The left channel plays on the right speaker and vice versa... I would really prefer not having to send this thing back...

There is no monitor "repair" service. Dell does not repair monitors, sell monitor components, or have disassembly documentation. We simply exchange the monitor while inside the purchased warranty period and send the defective monitor back to the manufacturer. But I doubt that it is wired incorrectly. Have you investigated all of your audio software that might have switched it?

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the heads up. Regarding debugging the source of the problem, I have been pretty thorough in systematically going over all the potential sources of the channel switch issue, including software, multiple computers, and both HDMI and 2 DP connectors. The channels are reversed, I assure you. The monitor is otherwise quite wonderful :)
