U3417W, screen flickering problem

Around a month ago I bought this new monitor U3417W. It cost me a fortune. Since the first day I had noticed some slight screen flickering every once in a while, very randomly. But I thought it was just a minor thing and will stop after a while. It had been a month and the flickering did not get better but it got worse, especially whenever I have Netflix open. But that is not the only condition for the flickering to happen. It has gotten very annoying and I really really love this monitor, so I hope someone can please tell me why this is happening.
