AES encryption with Databases

Hello,

      I am trying to set AES encryption for Exchange and SQL databases. Altough I can use AES encryption for file backups for same servers succesfully, I could not manage to make it work for databases.

     I already checked if AES is really working for the file backups by changing the PassPhrase, and it is working properly. But it is not working when I question the database backups.

     Is there something that I am missing?

     There is no helpful information in SQL module or Exchange module documents about it this, I already checked those...

any help will be greatly appreciated..
