ASR and system state backups are failing

I do not think anyone uses ASR, but can you supply exactly the error you get so we can give you specific resolution to your specific problem?

I assume this is win2k3 SP2 x86?  Do you have VSS rollup patch applied?  What version of client do you run?

I'm also having a similar problem. The server OS is Windows 2003 32-bit and the client networker version is 7.5.2.Build.472.

Do you have VSS rollup patch?

Am not very much aware of the VSS rollup patch. Can you please share this with me and about the other questions:

Am using win2k3 with 7.5.2 as the client software

I read of this VSS rollup patch before but one requirement of this patch is to restart the server after applying which is not possible at this point in time because it is a production server. Is there any other alternative way aside from the applying the rollup patch?
