EBR Recover from DDR Failed
Hello,
We have a dual site with one NetWorker Datazone over two sites, one VBA/EBR by site and one DD by Site.
Each VBA backup is cloned to opposite site.
All work fine until we test to power off one of DD and try to recover a VM from DD replica : Error Code 22552: Backup does not exist...
Any idea is welcome.
Regards,
Thomas

Are you using 8.1 or 8.1SP1? Are you using 2 VCs (each for site) and if so, are VMs registered with both VCs?

Hi Mardios,
The same issue was already reported to networker support / engineering team(Not sure it is fixed)
What's the NVP / VBA version you are using?
You can check with networker support team for more details.

Hari Prakash.

Hi,
@ ble : 8.1 SP1 and One VC
@ Hari : We use the last one : build 280
@ Olaf : It's working like a charm if all dds are online.

I think since it has been mentioned that this is known issue that best thing is to open a ticket with support and obtain patch (if one exists at this stage). You are using 8.1.1.2 and to my knowledge 8.1.1.3 will not be out for couple of weeks at least.

I have the latest 8.1.1.6 version of networker. I cannot restore VM from replica when primary DD is down (although VBA sees that primary copy is off). Does anyone know the solution to the problem?
