Group Dependencies?

I don't think so. Group is only a way to start several save commands at the clients inside, and once the backup was started at them, group will finish when the last client finish.

May be if you descrive the reasons you need this, we could come with a solution for your case.

Write a script that looks like:

While group A is running (savegrp -[GRP_A]) do nothing

else

start Group B.
