If it has reached here either Recover Point credential is wrong or plink output is not printing Store key in cache? (y/n)
Hi I ma getting this error using the meditech module.
how do i know which user to use and password
Plink command to execute is: "C:\Program Files\EMC\SYMCLI\shlib\plink.exe" -ssh meditech@xx.xx.x.xxx get_version -xml
77076:nsrmedisv:PlinkConnect.cpp (409) Could not not execute "n" on cache the hashkey. If it has reached here either Recover Point credential is wrong or plink output is not printing Store key in cache? (y/n) Kindly try to cache the hash key using plink

Hi thanks
Have solved it. It was the user that had been locked in the RPA. unlocked it with security-admin and all is fine

In the NetWorker module for Meditech GUI, you have added the RecoverPoint Appliance. Make sure that the username/password is correct in the appliance properties. You can also click on verify to check it's able to verify the credentials.
