Dear all,

i am using networker version 7.6.2 on windows 2k3 32 bit connect to tape library ts3200. now i can not Lable tape with error "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error."

Has this worked before?  Have you tried powercycling the library?

Hi Tuan,

This looks most likely as a hardware issue or a bad block size configuration.
