Dell S4128F-ON with Finisar FTLX1475D3BCL compatibilty
Dear All,
I have Dell S4128F-ON switch, and i want to put 10GBE SFP+ from Finisar ( FTLX1475D3BCL ).
I am wondering, does it work or not?

Hello,
I have the same Finisar Transceiver and it didn't work on the S4128F-ON Switch, is there any option that needs to be enabled or any specific firmware?

Hi, I don't know this transceiver and it works fine or not with S4128F-ON. But if it works the same model and doesn't run for yours might be caused that a few things. You can check your FW of switch up to date. I don't know how but maybe need to enable third party support in your configuration.
You can try to these commands but I can't guarantee they work.
S4810 - Dell Community
switch(config)# allow unsupported-transceiver
or
switch(config)# service unsupported-transceiver
