The configuration file only shows things that have changed from the default.  The default settings do not show up in the configuration.  For example, if you perform a "show running-config" you might see the same information as what you have listed above.  If you want to see the entire switch or stack configuration including the default settings, try using the "show running-config all" command.  The results will be very long, which is why they usually only show the changed settings.  See the CLI reference guide for the 62xx here: http://downloads.dell.com/manuals/common/powerconnect-6224_reference%20guide_en-us.pdf .  Page 1114 discusses using the "all" parameter. If you have in mind a particular command/setting and are not sure what the default is suppose to be you can also search the setting/command in this same guide and it will show the default setting under the "Default Configuration" section for that setting/command.
