I just want to know?
how to show that this equipment and its ports are damaged or there is some way to fix this disaster?

Are you referring to ports 23 and 24? Have you taken a look at the config? Please feel free to post up the config, I can help look through it. Tried different cable? different port? What devices plug into these interfaces?
Any additional information you can provide will be very helpful. Information such as the environment, behavior being observed, and any troubleshooting you have already done.

What do you have plugged into these ports? Is this a new deployment? Are there any lights on the ports? Anything recorded in the logs? # show logging

It looks like green mode is interfering some. Can you please test disabling green mode.
