Pinout diagram Micro USB N1100T-ON

Hi,

we have just purchased a few N1148T-ON switches and I want them connected to out out-of-band solution for console access in case the network access through the management port isn't working for some reason.

The switches come with a Micro USB to USB-A lead. This works just fine connecting to my laptop.

The issue is that the console server only have RJ45 inputs (Cisco Straight Pinout). So I need an adapter of some sort. I have tried various adapters, but unfortunately with no luck. I seem unable to find any information from Dell on the pinout for the console port on the N1148T-ON switch. 

Does anyone have any information which could give me any clues? Either of a pinout diagram or pointers to adapters that will make this work?
