Access Local Printers from RDP

I am trying to utilize a local printer when connecting to a Dell Poweredge 2900 running Server 2003.  The printer is a Dell Photo 926 (USB connection).

I can see the printer on the server side but can't print to it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
