Bluetooth not working after upgrading to Windows 7

I upgraded my Inspiron 9400 laptop from XP to 7 and also my XPS Studio Desktop from Vista to 7 and now Bluetooth is not working on either. I've tried everything I know to no avail. Any ideas?
