Bluetooth - ones more time !

I have read all the post on the same staff .. no help for me !

Latitude D505, after reinstalling due to disk failure and reinstall. OS Windows XP pro sp3

I find in the systray two bluetooth icons. One always white and the second always red. The blue light  (BT icon) on the laptop gos on when I set Fn+F2.

BTTray process is on.

The pairing procedure with other devices (cellular phone Dell Mini) works OK.

Connections and transfers with the cellular phone works ok. (ICON remains red)

No connections works with the Dell Mini (even if paired).

Pls give me some hint to solve !
