Can't connect to dialup and internet
I have a refurbished Dell 760 Desktop with Conexant USB EX93010 ACF modem#2 (COM5) attached. When I try to connect to my BasicISP.net ISP account, to connect to the internet, PC stalls at "Registering your computer on network" and reports error 720. Have double checked ISP settings- they are same as usded on old computer to send this post. Anyone know what the problem is, please?

Forgot to mention I have Windows 10- the URL seems only for vista or older versions. Any ideas for windows 10? PC says modem is workinng properly but under events says device USB\VID_ 05728&PID+1340\12345678 requires furthe installation.Jack

Unfortunately Dell does not support this system on Windows 10. You may be able to check with the modem manufacturer to see if they have updated drivers, or you might have to utilize a USB adapter to solve your issue. http://dell.to/2uCqOgU
