Connectivity Issues with Dell Bluethooth headset(BH200)

I have Dell Inspiron 6400. Recently I upgraded my os from Vista to Windows 7 Ultimate. Since I upgraded I am not able to use my Dell BH200 bluetooth headset. I am able to pair my Bluetooth device with the laptop and I can even see the  Dell BH200 Icon in the Bluetooth Devices Window, but I am not able to listen to any music nor am I able to use it for skype call.

I have visited the dell website followed the instructions there which were to go to the Bluetooth settings window click Audio tab then click on the Bluetooth Stereo Audio and click connect. But this did't work, it did not connect but I was able to connect my device as Bluetooth Hands Free Audio but wasn't able to make any skype call or listen to music. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thankyou

Regards.

KaaP05,

When you reinstalled the operating system, did you install the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Start with the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.
