Dell Studio 1537 Mobile Broadband

I bought a Studio 1537 in December of 2008 and up until now just used it at home.  I now need to be able to use it on the go and am looking at using verizon prepaid mobile broadband.  From what I can see on Verizon's and Dell's websites it appears my laptop has a Dell 5720 EVDO RevA mobile broadband card embedded in it.  Is this true and if so can I use this instead of purchasing a USB modem from Verizon?  I am not overly computer savey but would like to save money if I already have mobile broadband capabilities.  Thanks
