Inspiron 11 3000 internet problem
Hello,
My sisters laptop is having trouble connecting to the internet. It can find wi fi connections and able to
Enter the password for wifi but no internet access.
I tried doing the step by step instructions for internet access from the previous post in but nothing.
No warranty unfortunately.
Please help

Has this laptop ever worked on WiFi there? Or anywhere else? What specific model? There are eight 3000 models (3147, 3148, 3152, 3153, 3157, 3158, 3162, 3164). What operating system?

Hello, I have the same problem with my 3162 running Windows 10 64-bit. It hasn't been able to conect to my Wi-Fi since I got it two days ago. It connects to the tethered hotspot from my phone though. I've tried the solutions provided in Microsoft website but it's still not working. My brother also have a laptop with the same OS but it's able to connect to WiFi no problem. I can't figure out for the life of me what's wrong with this machine.
