Inspiron 7537, WiFi and Ethernet Connections not working
Both my WiFi and ethernet do not work on my Dell laptop- Model Inspiron 7537. I have Windows 8.1 and Intel WIreless-N 7260. Both wifi and ethernet say "unidentified network". I have tried many things and nothing seems to work! Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I would love some assistance pretty please! Thanks so much in advance!!

How long was this Inspiron 7537 working via WiFi and ethernet before this networking issue appeared?
What changes (software or hardware) were made to the Inspiron 7537 prior to the networking issue?
Do both devices appear in the Device Manager -Network adapters without any colored bangs on them?
