Internet Explorer blocked from accessing the internet
While doing routine work a message appeared on the lower right hand side of the screen saying that Internet Explorer was trying to access the internet and did I want to allow it or block it. Since I wasn't on line at the time I said block it. Since then IE does not function. How do I unblock it?

it is to do with security program that you have running on your machine, you can open that program and in the settings of the firewall you can view the allowed and blocked items and change the settings there.
It would help to know what security software use have installed to help you further.
