Is this New Software For Public Wifi hotspots Protection reliable?

Hi,

I recently stumbled across a new free software that suppose to give protection against commjacking when ppl use public Wifi hotspots.

However I'm pretty much afraid to download and test it (almost as much as I'm afraid from commjacking  ). Is this software (or company) reliable?

Does anyone know of other software that give this sort of protection from commjacking (or other security threats for that matter)?
