No networking hardware detected :: Inspiron 14 (N4050)

hi

i recently installed win7 over Ubuntu ! after installing most drivers i still cant manage to make wireless adapter working. it was working fine in ubuntu so no problems in the hardware. all i see under 'other devices' in the device manager is :  Ethernet controller & network controller with a yellow sign. there is no name of the device. 

i have the  Inspiron 14 (N4050)

i have installed the 1701 drivers but no avail !

btw the bluetooth adapter works fine the Fn shortcut key !

please advise
