Outlook Express
Windows XP, SBC Global/Yahoo, Outlook Express 7. In the last couple of days,I have been unable to delete some messages from Outlook. Can delete them from Yahoo. Have emptied trash.

That solved the problem! Found Five "deleted items.dbx" files. Thank you very much for the correct and speedy response.

I didn't find delete items.dbx. Where do I find "change preferences"? Thank you!

I now have store folders in my documents, but I cannot open them. Internet Explorer inbox has only todays email, none of the older saved. How do I get to my older email? Thanks, mckolb
