Philips OVU4003/00 IR Transmitter
I just got set upwith ATT Uverse. I am trying to configure my new set top box Motorola VIP1200. I went into MS Media 2005 center to set up remote. The IR device (Philips OVU4003/00) will not learn my new remote signals. I tried from scratch and it will not recognize the numbers as I press and hold them. I cannot find anything or anyone to help.
