SBC yahoo DSL

I have an inspiron 1150 with SBC yahoo Dsl installed.  I have a twin Mos B Series WLAN card installed.  My router is motorola.  I had this setup on a Gateway and it worked fine. I installed it on my Dell, but the Browser page is huge.  The task bar is the proper size, but everything below the task bar is huge.  I have tried everything.  I re-installed the drivers that I found on the install disk, uninstalled the browser, as directed by SBC and reinstalled it, but still no luck.  Please, can anything be done.  HELP!  I also installed Internet Explorer on it with the same results.  Small taskbar, and everything below the task bar is huge.
