UNSOLVED E6430+DW5560+Dell Mobile Broadband Manager+W10x64

Hello all!

I own a Dell Latitude E6430 Refurbished Laptop with WWW DW5560 (Ericsson F5321) and I use Windows 10 x64.
With his help I can connect to the Internet, just that. I can not use either SMS or GPS.

Drivers are installed correctly:

Thanks in advance to the one who can suggest a solution.

All the best!

I don't know about GPS, but don't you need a SIM card or cell phone service?

Thanks for the reply!

The SIM card is mounted in its place under the battery.

The problem is the Dell Mobile Broadband Manager that can not properly use the WWAN and SIM card. Or maybe the WWAN is not the right one, though it's unlikely.

I also tried the DW5630. It's the same.

The application we talked about in the first post knows to send / receive SMS.
The first picture is pretty suggestive, is not it?
I used it with all the options with an E6420.

With him, which I have now, he does not want to.

You know I wrote here hoping to get a solution.

That's why I wrote everything in the first post.

Your questions are useless. Just to avoid them I posted print screens. They are more suggestive than any words. They say all are updated drivers and software.

I repeat, I'm waiting for a resolution. Do you think if you connect to my computer with TeamViewer, can you solve it? At least you will find out that we have an internet connection.

You have no communication. Internet or otherwise it appears from the photo.

Is there an updated driver from the WWAN card?

Is there an updated Dell Mobile Broadband Manager software?

It's the last caprice I'm doing to you.

If you do not understand the picture, do not ask me because I will not answer you.

The latest Dell Mobile Broadband application makes no mention of compatibility with Windows 10.

You may need to update the card's firmware.
