Unable to install the drivers for the Network Media accelerator connection on motherboard DG43NB

I resently installed a motherboard model DG43NB on my computer, and as part of the configuration of the board, I was able to install the drivers for most of the components except for the Intel PRO network connection and the Intel media accelerator.  I made numerous attempt to install these drivers and wasn't able to do so, I wonder if anyone can advise what's the problem, could it be that these components on the motherboard is damage preventing the software from running or is it the CD that might be the problem.
