Urgent! Ethernet Connected but no Internet

Hi, 

I wanted to connect to the wired Ethernet connection. When I plug in the LAN cable. It is connected but it written NO INTERNET. At the task bar, the ethernet icon have a small yellow exclamation mark. I have tried to diagnose the problem but this still couldn't help. Can anyone help me with this?

My laptop model: Inspiron 14 5000 Series
