Where can I download the Netready software for win8.1?

I have a Dell Latitude 7240 laptop that I wiped and did a clean install of win8.1 on it.

I cannot find the software required to use Dell Netready. I found an install for Win7 but the user guide I ready on Dell.com states you can get Netready through the Microsoft store on Win8. When I search the MS store for dell netready I get zero results.

I do have the drivers for the Dell Wireless 5570 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband card installed correctly.
