Wireless issue on Dell Inspiron 620s
Hello everybody,
I just received my new Dell Inspiron 620s (OS : Windows 7 SP1 Professional (64 BIT))
with the following wireless device : Network 1502 (802.11n) Half-height Mini-Card.
I tried to use a RJ45 cable in order to connect to internet and it worked perfectly,
but when I tried to use a wireless connection, nothing worked.
I reinstalled the drivers, read a lot of forums and I could not find any inputs
on this problem. If anyone has an idea I ll be glad to hear it.
Thanks for your help folks.

I also have a similar problem like yours. I also purchased Dell Inspiron 620s (same specs as yours) and having problem with Dell Wireless 1502 N card. I did lots of testing and my results conclude that this is a defective wireless card. I am a SWEng and have lots of experience in networking. I haven’t yet called the dell support but really hate to go through this hassle since when you buy a new computer this should be the least thing you have to do. I even purchased a new router 'Linksys E2500' just to make sure if my old router was any problem (which I really doubt it in first place). Let's see what Dell tech support team has to say about this and please you keep me posted.

Hi all,
I finally reached the customer service and they sent me
a brand new wireless card which works fine.
It was a hardware failure I think.
Sorry I was not able to find another solution.
Thanks again for your advices.
Regards,
Antoine
