The file size of drivers for the Dell wireless WLAN Card  would be 50MB to 150 MB.  The time taken to download the file depends on the internet speed.

Please visit the support website to download the driver. Enter the service tag and select the corresponding Operating System, the driver for Dell Wireless WLAN Card can be found under the Network drivers list.

Prior to installing the driver, ensure that the “Windows Installer” service is set to Automatic and is started. Follow the steps below to start and set the service to automatic.

• Click Start.
• Type “services.msc” in the search box and hit the Enter key.
• Locate and right click “Windows Installer” and click on Properties.
• Select “Automatic” in the drop down and click Start.
• Click Apply and close the window.
