latitude 7350 wake from sleep no wifi

When ever my 7350 goes to sleep the WiFi has to be disabled in device manager and enabled in order ofr it to pick up or connect to a WiFi network.  Any ideas?

Hi,

Thank you for writing to the Dell Community Forum.

This issue has been observed with Intel 7265AC wireless device on Latitude 7350 system.

A workaround involving the driver settings for the Intel 7265AC wireless device has been found which resolves this issue. Follow the steps below to adjust the Transmit Power and Wake on Pattern Match settings in the advanced driver properties of the Intel 7265AC device:

  1. Open the Device Managerusing the following steps in Windows 8.1:
    • Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search. (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Search.)
    • Enter Device Manager in the search box, and tap or click Device Manager.
  2. Click the arrow beside Network adapters to open the category.
  3. Right-click on the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 to open the driver properties screen.
  4. Click Advancedand make the following changes to the driver properties:
  • Wake on Pattern Match = Disabled

  • Transmit Power = 5.Highest

I have been having the same issue it is extremely frustrating.

I am also having a similar issue on my XPS18 tablet.

do I do the same fix. I have 6 dell desktops (T7500 & T7600)

Had been a dell laptop man but

moved away from them to Toshiba

but the experience with these machines means I will move away from them again

keep up the good work on the desk tops though

I would not recommend the suggestion above,

I have found the issue is a conflict with the intel video driver update (august)

if you roll back to the July video driver the issue does not occur.

very frustrating experience

I applied the above fix, yet continue to have issues with wireless on these Devices. I can tell you that Doctors, who are used to functional Ipads, do not like when the only windows tablet they have ever used is a buggy mess.

Please focus on functionality first, then try to add features. Unreliable wireless makes a tablet utterly useless.
