not able to use the internet wired or wireless on my dell inspiron m5030
i turned on my laptop today and i am unable to go on the internet with the ethernet cable or on wifi. a little icon at the bottom right hand corner says not connected no connections available . i need your help i am able to access the internet on my other machines so i am positive its not a problem with the internet can you please tell me how to fix this issue . i am using windows 7
