Complaints
There's got to be a complaints department out there somewhere, isn't there?
Does anyone have any idea how to get find someone to speak to?
I've had unresolved issues with one of my laptops since September. I'm tired of spending upwards of 2-3 hours at a time on the phone, just to find out they screwed something up again and can't resolve the problem.
Does anyone from Dell read these forums?

I am sorry to tell you that there is no way to complain to Dell Headquarters in Round Rock, Texas. Dell does read these posts and once in a while a Dell employee will respond. There is also an unresolved email link, but I would not hold my breath waiting for an answer. Many people have complained to the Better Business Bureau trying to get issues resolved.
There are knowledgeable people that read these posts and may be able to help you if you describe the problems you are having.
