YES! I have the same problem.
Tech support tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers-problem not solved.
For other reasons I wiped my hard drive clean-problem still not solved.
I removed the rubber head on the TrackPointer-slightly improved, but overall still a problem.
Dell, what's your solution?
