(Redirected) Inspiron 15 3552 SD Card Reader not working
I purchased a brand new Inspiron 15 3552. Whenever I put a SD card into the SD slot, nothing happens. The computer is not recognizing the device. My brother also purchased an Inspiron 15 3552 and he is having the same problem. Both computers are saying the drive is working properly. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you.
