Walsh Western Track and Trace Problem

My order's status is now "shipped", but when I click on the tracking number given on the order status page, it only takes me to a blank screen with the Walsh Western logo and header.

I've had a search on the forum and it seems this same problem was experienced by several other members, and I've tried the trick of going directly to the WW tracking page, replacing "GB1" with "02" in customer number and adding an extra zero to the beginning of the order number, but that doesn't work (it says "the order number entered did not match the customer number"). 

Would appreciate any suggestions on what to do next...

also got this problem says its shipped but tracking page wont load
