What is this. i have a dellstudio one with multi touch with windows 7. only 30 days old. the other day this pop-up was telling me my( CALLING ID) has stopped working now i don't even know what this is . so i ran the smart status testand it came up with (STATUS CODE 000h .) the problem event name APPCRASH application name( CIDGlobalLIGHT.exe) can anyone tell me what this calling ID is and what it is used for. do i even need it ?? Donald D. PS. other then that everything is running fine
