I need help. My home was broke into and my computer and everything (!) I mean everything was stolen from my husband and me.
CAN ANYONE HELPME FIND MY STOLEN COMPUTER?? I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS FROM WHEN I BOUGHT IT. Serial #... and it's hot pink for *** cancer awareness...hard to miss. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. The police suggested I take this action first thinking I might be able to find out where the IP and who the IP is now.

Hi victorialakeplayer2,
Sorry to hear that your laptop was stolen. Did you purchase Lojack or one of the other anti theft software programs? If you didn`t you will need to get a police report and fill out this form and submit it to Dell. Dell is unable to track the IP address and can only flag the service tag number in the system if some one tries to change ownership at Dell.
