Open Manage configuration with Nagios 4.4.1
Hi!
I have followed the guide as below and I am able to install Dell EMC open manage plug in for Nagios Core
In step 14: Post Installation:
Step 1: Create a Passphrase Resource file to store a passphrase for encryption and decryption.
How to create this file and where?
Also how can I do the settings for monitor my dell servers? Do I have to configure some service description or anything else. Please guide me what I can do afterwards as I dont find info about it.
Thanks

I use GPG in centos 7 and add it as is to the resource.cfg file with the indicated variable and nothing else.
example
gpg -c pass.txt
And in resource.cfg
$OMINAGIOSRESPATH$=/usr/local/nagios/pass.txt.gpg
after that i ran the discovery
$ python3 dellemc_nagios_discovery_service_utility.py --host=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx --prefProtocol=1 --http.user=root --http.password=xxxxx --snmp.version=2 --snmp.community=xxxxx --output.file=/usr/local/nagios/dell/config/objects --all --enableLog
As I'am using pyhton3 I have to change a couple of things.
check and restart nagios
