Solar Winds Patch Manager

I recently purchased Solar Winds Patch manager. I am trying to publish Open Manager Server Administrator and I get failure, the following prerequisites are not published yet. There is a list of about 50 Package ID's, and when I search for those package ID's, none of them can be found. Also, I try and download and publish Dell Server BIOS PowerEdge R420 Version 2.1.3, and I get the same error with package ID n2b6a5ba5f39c-4741-b00d-00a8746a8cfa. I know this update is needed on one of my servers, and I can't publish it.
