laptop asking me in my Bio under TMP and Owner keys

 My laptop is asking me in my Bio setting under TMP that Owner keys are stored which I can delete and remove Owner that is set ,but will this lock my computer OS because I had to replace my harddrive and havnt used restore disk yet . Will this keep me from using stored keys in Bitlock software or can this be reset as many time as I need to. Very new to this and didn't even know someone set a Owner in the Bio with keys.
