Cannot update appliance to latest version
In the Openmanage administration console following is displayed
Current virtual appliance version 3.1.1.150
Available virtual appliance version 4.0.1.1503
When i click on update virtual appliance i get the message "now new version available"
Is there a way to update the current version without having to do a complete new install?

Hi Mezzamorphis,
RPM upgrade is not supported from 3.1.1 to 4.0.1. You will have to take an appliance backup from 3.1.1, deploy 4.0.1 appliance and restore. Steps available here.
