Do you have a power supply that is at least 300w? Most Optiplex computers have less than that and cannot run today's video cards. Also check the measurements. Very tight space in the SFF.

this videocard is low profile now in my pc asus geforce gt 730 2gb can i replace this with gt 1030???

I Have a GT 1030 in my 760 MT you will have to make sure it fits in.
