7010, GPU upgrade
I have a stupid question, and long story short, I want to upgrade a Dell Optiplex 7010 MT with a graphics card to let my brother game on, I only have a (here’s the stupid part) a GTX 1080 laying around currently and was wondering the max graphics card length then case can fit, once again it is the MT version which I have heard to be a little more flexible when it comes to clearance. If I could get a number in terms of inches or cm that would be great. Thanks. (Yes I will be upgrading the PSU)

False I use a Zotac 1050ti on a optiplex 9010 and there is no need to turn off secure boot
And No a GTX 1080 could be used given that it fits (the mini editions should) and you have a PSU to run it

1080 wont work at all due to limited power and space.
ALL Non Dell cards will require SECURE BOOT OFF and LEGACY OPTION ROMS On.
GIGABYTE GeForce GT 1030 GV-N1030D5-2GL
should work fine.

Limited power is not a problem because I found an article on the same forums that says that the case can fit most standard power supplies. I just want a number on the max graphics card length. Thank you for the bios changes I need to make, I haven’t heard about those yet.
