Welcome Aboard!

(blatantly stolen from the Internet)  'GDDR5 has better memory bandwidth and a significantly higher memory clock speed, so it is better to go with GDDR5, although DDR3 has less latency'...

It also greatly depends on what you want that card to do?  YOU may have games or other "high-res" needs and goals?   I needed/wanted "HDMI" to drive a "larger flat screen" Monitor (I am delighted with the results)...

As another OP mentioned... It's very important to keep the card 'size' and 'type' in mind.

DDR2 DDR3 DDR4 GDDR5 is not relevant to compatibility.

HOWEVER anything less than GDDR5 is horrible performance wise.

Which is why the DDR4 GT1030 is a bad card and the GDDR5 GT1030 is a good card.

The cards you listed use DDR2 and DDR3.

They are at least 60 percent slower and in some cases only work with Directx 10 vs Windows 10 directx 12.

All of the previous cards are now Legacy.

You also need to take size into consideration.  Make sure you're getting low-profile or half height cards to fit in the case.  You'll also need to be aware if it's a single or dual slot card.  A single slot GT1030 would be best to make sure you have clearance around the card as well.

Something like this card below would be fine.
