Bios unlock
I cant remember administrative password or i never set password. And i need to unlock and install win10. Its second hand computer. What should i do?

When you say BIOS unlock, I assume that you cannot boot the system since it asks for a BIOS password? If that is the case then you have to call Dell tech support and after verifying that you are the owner, they can help you unlock the system. If it's a Windows password, then a clean install will erase any password with a format during the install.
