Could Dell 7090 Micro run on i9-11900K?

Dear Friends @ Dell,

Please could it be established that i9-11900K will pass okay on a Micro 7090 even though it's 125W instead of 65W?

I met a great opportunity and it could save me £100,

Although my hope remains on the fact that the TDP could be decreased automatically down to 65W despite of it being by default 125W?
